No Refunds on Perfumes

For hygiene, safety, and authenticity reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on perfumes, whether opened or unopened. This policy applies to all fragrance products without exception.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• your order number

• clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit, where applicable.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

Sale & Promotional Items

All items purchased during sales or promotions are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
